About the client Grupo DFC includes the companies Bonanza Supermercados, Multi Distribuidora, Aliança Distribuidora, Comprão and Balcão, with operations in retail, wholesale and “wholetail”. It was founded in 1958 by entrepreneur Djalma Farias Cintra who was only 17 at the time. It all began with a grocery store in Caruaru. Sales were good, so the young man bought, in 1976, a grocery store named Rainha do Ipojuca, which seven years later became the first Bonanza supermarket. After that, the brand didn't stop growing. In the period between 1988 and 2010, 16 Bonanza stores were open, the oldest and most traditional brand of Grupo DFC, now with 19 units spread around the Brazilian states of Pernambuco andaraíba.

Testimonial “We realized that Grupo DFC needed an integrated management system in order to keep growing. We needed to move forward and modernize our services. Before TOTVS, we had a home-made system, developed by a third party, but it was simple and controlled earnings, invoice issuing and financial matters. We wanted a more solid system that could provide the senior management with relevant information. We needed to guide the company, and now we can do it."
Pedro Mauro, IT management of Bonanza Supermercados
