About Grupo Estrutural
Founded in 1991, Grupo Estrutural constantly lives an intense process of modernization and growth. Today, it strongly acts in the segment of heavy construction and production of construction aggregates, such as gravel, asphalt, concrete, concrete pipes, ceramic bricks and ceramic and concrete tiles. Whenever the commitment meets its customers with satisfaction, Grupo continues to contribute with its history, always seeking cooperation and partnership with a community. Currently, four companies are part of Grupo: Estrutural Construtora, Pedreiras Basalto, Eurotop soluções em telhas and Selecta soluções em blocos.

Why TOTVS
In 2001, Grupo Estrutural needed a management system for the Human Resources department. After searching the market for a solution, they realized, during a negotiation, that it would be wiser and more productive to install the complete ERP and, therefore, integrate all areas of the four companies of Grupo into a single management system.
