Bought in February 2008 by NutraCea, Irgovel is a North-American company with 38 years of experience in the market. A pioneer in the refining of rice oil, it is currently the only company in the country that refines marked as "Carreteiro". It also manufactures other types of industrial oils that apply in several industries: general chemistry, paints and resins, hygiene and cleaning products, cosmetics, leather, fertilizers, mining, animal food, etc. Another own production is balanced food industrialized at high temperatures (so that the animals can absorb the product), developed by professionals in animal nutrition, currently assisting milk cattle, cutting, sheep, horses and pigs.
