About UNIARP 
Universidade Alto Vale do Rio do Peixe (UNIARP) was founded by municipal law in 1972, and today is a philanthropic, non-profit educational institution. It currently provides all stages of education, from child nursing to Undergraduate courses. In Undergraduate courses alone, the University has 23 courses, as well as other Graduate courses in many fields. All of its courses are approved by the State Education Council (CEE/SC) and acknowledged by the Ministry of Education and Culture (MEC). It is constantly investing in structure, equipment and qualification, in addition to maintaining partnerships with many institutions. UNIARP is also concerned about providing a scholarship program, in compliance with the specific legislation for Higher Education Institutions.
