  • Handles all consultants’ service logistics, remote or local visits, determining the best date, the most adequate professional, travel arrangements and more.
  • Issuance of work hours reports and OTO contract performance.
  • Periodic reports of hours used and remaining under contract.

• Clients under an Allocation of Resident (ITO) contract:
  • Scheduling of additional analysts
  • Scheduling of substitute analysts (vacation, illnesses, general absences)
