Objective

Enable taxpayer to adapt the RM Nucleus application to the legal requirements.

Target Audience

Professionals from the departments of Accounting, Tax, Information Technology and users in charge of CORPORE RM registers.

Pre-requirements

• Know the Electronic Invoice Project (NF-e);
• Bring the company's Digital Certificate with the respective password. Note: RM Corpore only works with the A1 format certificate.  The client must provide the digital certificate with the authorized offices by the local Internal Revenue – SEFAZ office. For more information, clients can access the SEFAZ website (http://www.nfe.fazenda.gov.br/portal/).
• Bring all data from a branch of the company.
  •     Access RM Liber, and copy or print all the screens of the branch table (ID, Address, Extra Data and Tax Data);
• Have knowledge of administrative procedures (in particular, the company's sales);
• Have knowledge of taxation required by the tax office in the invoicing of your company (State Tax Rates, and the PIS and COFINS Situation, as required in the NF-e Project)
• Bring specification of some products sold by the company. Attention with the information: Product description, NCM and category of determining the basis for calculating the ICMS and ICMS ST (if any);
• Knowledge of RM Nucleus parameterization (in particular, type of movement);
• Knowledge of the proxy server configuration of your company.
