Objective

SGI is a powerful tool for analyzing KPIs1, allowing for easy analysis of the scorecards of these indicators, and allows the monitoring of action plans created in order to achieve targets. The design of the SGI was intrinsically structured by the management methodology to achieve the goals of PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Act), which are clearly evidenced in all its stages, from planning to action or decision.

Target Audience

Every person responsible for a department or indicator within the company should be a user of this tool for monitoring the desired results in their department or company.

Pre-requirements

  • Knowing the ERP system as a whole, including technically, which corresponds to all configuration features, and Protheus programming, as well as their respective tables and relationships.
