TOTVS' BPO business comprises three large lines of work:
1) Assisted ASP: in this line, a software environment is made available (e.g.: payroll), some parameterizations and legal support, in addition to a first class Helpdesk adding legal doubts to your system applications.
2) BSP: this line includes all the operational work of a department (e.g.: personnel, finances, etc.), i.e., all the transactional work (operation in which there is an exchange or transfer of values) is performed by the outsourced team. This operation is carried out at the provider's premises.
3) BPO: outsourcing of the whole operation, where transactional and non-transactional tasks, which may be performed at the client's work premises or at a place allocated for such activities.
