On the other hand, the Expanded Business Model is composed by services that make the competitiveness of each one of the company’s customer easier and wider.  It provides to the market with administrative, systemic, processes, performance, and infrastructure solutions, within the six business branches of TOTVS: besides Software, Technology, BPO, Consulting, Infra\structure and Distance Education.
