Software Monthly Services (SMS) developed by TOTVS are concurrently commercialized with Cession of Use Rights and aims to ensure that the Customer will receive future versions of each software provided in relation to:
- Technological Evolution: provides to the customer the evolution of the software related to technology, systemic content and majority legislation.
- Help-Desk: provides to the customer with phone and/or internet support for clarifying doubts at predefined times.
